Best University! Incredible teachers and staff, great places to eat well and have delicious coffee!
Inside there is everything: post office, shops, banks and pharmacies, to be perfect there was only one supermarket inside!
I recommend a trip to the library, a magical place, incredible!
Everyone is always willing to help and receptive!
PUCRS, the best University in the country!
