Mike Houston and Fredy Kia took care of me when all the other Kia dealers gave me the run around. I emailed Mike Houston and asked him for his best price on an KIA Sorento EX. I did my research, and I can tell that Mike houston knows what he is talking about because he emailed me back a quote in less than 10 minutes. I waited 3 days for some of the other KIA dealers to get back with me and some would not give me a price at all. When I told the other Kia Dealers the price Mike houston gave me, they said they could not honor that price. I went to the dealer and purchased my new KIa from Mike Houston and Fredy Kia and was in and out in about 1 hour, with no surprises! I would recommend Mike Houston & Fredy Kia to anyone who wants great customer service and a professional car buying experience.
