RentPrep is my go-to rental application service since I became a landlord in 2016. I am impressed with the speed at which they process applications I have submitted, even on Sundays. Plus they have a chat box, and I have always received detailed responses. They go the extra mile and offer many free landlord forms, and have provided me with an education about steps and precautions, which I would not have known about otherwise. I can highly recommend this service.
