Customer Service Phone line wait time is ATROCIOUS...

Customer Service Phone line wait time is ATROCIOUSLY too long, and they don't have a 'leave your phone number so we can call you back when you're front of the line' feature, gouging people's time by making you wait by the phone for at least a solid half hour. RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! People have other stuff to do rather than wasting their precious half hour just standing around waiting for HHA customer service to answer their call. HHA, get your act together!
