Opened a claim around 3 years ago and haven't hear...

Opened a claim around 3 years ago and haven't heard anything since. Tried to contact someone through their website as my phone is broken and no-one has came back to me.

UPDATE
After trying repeatedly to contact someone I have finally had a response and there is no record of me on their system!!! what the F!! Been waiting 3 years to be told that I'm not even on their system!! Is there any way I can give Minus 5 stars??? Pathetic
