First, the hotel was very beautiful and our room was amazing; however, the concierge/bell hop was extremely rude. Note to staff, if you expect a tip and stand in my doorway waiting for a tip and making rude remarks:
1) I should not have to call you multiple times to open the gate so I can drive my car into the parking garage,
2) I then should not have to call you again multiple time to get into the hotel from the locked garage doorway,
3) And if I carry my own bags to the room, then what exactly is the concierge doing to deserve more money?

If you would like a tip then I would suggest doing service oriented things that I would normally expect when paying 200 per night (something simple like welcome drinks). I don t need to pay you to show me to the elevator and my room.
