I've always loved the zoo. The komodo dragon was the reason we came and we were not disappointed. But the greatest highlight was the performance by the resident lyrebird, nova. We mustve sat there listening to him for 20 minutes. He made kookaburra sounds, radio frequency sounds, human voices on radio, laser sounds, and to our surprise r2d2 noises.
