We had leaking from our furnace when the air conditioning was running. Josh came out to look at the issue and had it resolved in minutes. He was very professional and was clear in his explanation of the cause and how to prevent this from occurring in the future. A big thumbs up to Emily in the office who I dealt with originally. She was very friendly and provided accurate expectations regarding the service call. Excellent customer service.
