I approached Debt Rescue after hearing Jacaranda FM referring them and after I had the unfortunate experience of solely looking after and attending to medical needs of my mother who has now passed. I am beyond shocked, I am trying to settle all of my debt (as I am in a position now to do so) and they are making it IMPOSSIBLE!! I advised them that I had settled creditors and they did not send me the paperwork to exclude them in my distributions, now I still cannot obtain paid up letters from them as I have over paid them! The monthly statements that I am receiving are inaccurate by tens of thousands of rand's. I had escalated my issues to the Team Leader Erika, and my mails are simply ignored, for a company that is supposed to help you consolidate your debt is UNWILLINGLY wanted to assist their customers become debt free sooner for a better quality of life. I regret ever utilizing their services and I am sure that there are much more customer orientated companies willing to assist than these bunch of people. I am afraid that I have no other option but to post to social medical as for the lack of response I am receiving. Christine (Johnson) Kleynhans
