Terrible experience! I spent 5 hours getting a battery and tire replaced when they told me
It was only going to take an hour. I called ahead to confirm pricing and make sure I could get a LOANER while waiting on the service to be completed. Once I got there, I had to wait an hour after my appointment time to even speak to OMAR. He again told me it would only take around and hour but a loaner car would be no problem. Then he proceeded to tell me I should get some additional services totaling an additional $2500 that day... when I told him I would hold off on those (my maintenance wasn't even due yet!!) he told me I would
Not be able to get a loaner. 1 hour wait turned into 5. I kept checking in with him and he was just blowing me off. Finally when it came time to pay he told me it was double the price. I said no way.. I had already called and got a quote with a totally different price. When he asked who I talked to, he informed me it was the wholesale department (same building , same company) but he was not willing to honor the price. I walked over to wholesale, bought the parts and told him to install them. Omar was very angry with me (he didn't get his extra commission I guess). This place will do everything they can to try and scam you and make you spend more. STAY AWAY!!
