From the start , the appointment clerk was very helpful . She helped me set up an appointment at my convineance. Then when I got to the location on my appointment day , I was quickly helped my asst service manager Patrick Villedruin. With in 15 minutes I had a loaner Mercedes CLA and all the paper work for repair filled out and was on my way . With service like this , loyalty is a no brainer . Thank you to all employees from Mercedes Benz of Miami for your excellent service . When I received my car back the problem was solved .
