An untidy and unorganized place

An untidy and unorganized place
Management is not cooperative
Cleaning is substandard
Staff are not trained and do not take care of their appearance
Reservations are not friendly with callers
Food is very traditional and meals are fixed daily. Almost no change
I don't think I will repeat the experience with this place
