I wish you could give a place no stars because this place deserves no stars at all!! They horrible, always trying to charge you extra, turning your service off when you aren't told it's going to get turn off, cancelling payments and waiting on hold for 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they tell you they can't help you, you just need to pay it!! HORRIBLE PLACE AND ITS SO SAD SPRINGFIELD HAS TO DEAL WITH YOU GUYS
