Waited 2.5 hrs for a oil change. Yes it was Saturday morning but still 2.5 hrs??!! I had the appointment as well.
Oil change was done but now I am waiting for service manager to drop off the keys to pay for the oil change. It has been 30 mins waiting to get the keys. This is beyond ridiculous! This will be the last time coming to capital ford.

2nd review. 5/25/19

Went in for recall. Adviser did not knew about the details of the recall where information was provided when appointment was made. Told me it will take all day to look at the defective EV charger. (Which was defective 2 years ago and was told by Ford that it is not covered under warranty). Ended up frustrated and drove out of dealership thinking how I wasted my Saturday morning. Customer facing people should be more customer focused.
