I am a first time home buyer, and due to life getting in the way thought I would never be able to own my own home. I looked into several options, due to not being able to do a conventional down payment. I came accross the USDA pogram of no money down. Through the contact and simple documentation verification they were able to help me out. They even put me in touch with a local realtor that knoew the ins and outs of the program to help me find a home. The process may be a little longer since it is no money down, but in the end you get great service, a great valued home, and an afffordable mortgage. I would recommend this to anyone that has the money to pay a mortgage just not do it the conventional way. I would like to thank my team in helping get to close, Beth Carlin and David Naimey
