Ms. Wanda Basil is an OUTSTANDING Manager!! Ms. Basil is always available to listen to your concerns and provides immediate assistance. No matter the request or concern, she always takes the time to listen and care. Wanda always goes above and beyond to address any issues that arise.

In my experience:

- Maintenance requests have always been fulfilled within 24 hours and done correctly.

- I have never had any issues with packages or mail.

- The pool and workout room are always great!!

- The building is always clean and well maintained.

Compared to previous apartment complexes and landlords, we are truly blessed with a great Manager that works hard to make life pleasant for all the residents and address any issues promptly.
