My wife and I have bought four new Lexus from Northside over the years and have been very satisfied with the sales people and service people. Today I had my GX 460 in for a 25,000 mile service. The first thing I told them was the low tire pressure light had been on for some time. It was the spare tire that needed air. Finally saw on board my car was ready and got the paperwork. Then waited sometime for my car to be driven around. After about 20 minutes I asked my service tech about my car. He said he would go get it. Why wasn't this done 20 minutes ago? Then got in my car, started down the freeway and noticed the low tire pressure light was still on. Turned around and drove back. Told them the ONE thing I had mentioned was not addressed. Just a bad day for them i guess, but pretty frustrating on my part.
