Jody, I believe her name was, was very helpful with an issue that should have been covered by my extended warranty, but the warranty company deemed it most likely was caused by potholes. (it was the gear indicator light next to the gearshift stalk. Baxter did the best they could regarding out of pocket cost and got it repaired the same day.
My only issue is with Ford that decided to discontinue SYNC service on 2013 Ford Edge vehicles like mine. So I can't send a vehicle report or stay similarly connected with recalls etc from my vehicle's touch screen. Again, that is Ford.....not Baxter Ford. That was certainly a convenient option and a worthwhile safety option as well. But, they discontinued SNYC connectivity. Thank you Jody and Baxter Ford for working with me on the warranty issue.
