We had a flat tire on highway 50 and got towed to the nearest Ford dealership which happened to be Harold Ford. At the time of arrival they were already closed but we met an angel in human form who s a staff there named Lei. She offered my wife and I a comfortable place to sit and got us some sodas and cookies while we waited for our ride.

She was also very encouraging and helpful and said she ll make sure our car is fixed.

We re so grateful to her.
