Very DISAPPOINTED . Have been here a number of times in the past and enjoyed it.
Restaurant week was not very crowded on a rainy Thursday evening.
Had a group of 6 and waited 30 minutes to get drinks.
Over an hour to get apps. PE mussels were not fresh. Either nothing in the shell or they would not open. Soups were salty and the calamari was greasy.
3 chose the premium priced Prime Rib, 1 rare, 1 med 1 med well....ALL were cold while other meals were hot..
One of the managers with a red sweater conversed with the table next to us for 45 minutes while we had try to get other servers to bring more drinks and bread.
We asked for the head manager . When he came and explained the poor service, cold food and long wait, He said well I can upgrade your desserts. That was $1-2 each.
On a $300.00+ meal you can bet that we will NOT recommend Capt. Bill's nor return here.
