Visited this dealership this evening. Was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I probably should have read the reviews before visiting. Therefore, I would have spent my time elsewhere at a different dealership. I felt as though I was told one thing over the phone and story completely changed. When investing in a vehicle you should not feel as though you are "annoying" someone because of what you want rather than what they want. The eyerolls were probably what got me the most. It was as though the salesman was trying to force me into a car that had some sort of water damage on the inside. The smell of the inside of this car was mildew. It was horrible! Something felt very sketchy about his place. They really did not care about what the customer had to say. I should have known better as well that the coupon nonsense is really just to get you in the door. Never been to a dealership before where there are probably hundreds of cars and they only allow you to decide from 2. Not a good experience. I guess at the end of the day you really are just the next commission check walking threw the door rather than an actual person.
