A company that I would not recommend at all to work. He treats irregular and newcomers badly and throws away people.
It may depend on the department, but the internal atmosphere and relationships are the worst.
Although there are not enough workers for the work load, there is no room for employees, but I felt that one factor was that there were too many inefficiencies in various aspects unlike ordinary large companies.
It is difficult to work as if the contents were just a small company and the organization just became larger.
The only good thing is that the cafeteria is clean.
