The Hollywood bowl is a wonderful outdoor theater. The actual amphitheater style stage is deep in the Hollywood hills so there are many stairs and inclines. There are many escalators and conveyer belts as well. Traffic and parking is an issue so if you don t mind a 15-20 minute brisk walk (lot of foot traffic) then parking at the mall on Hollywood Highland is cheaper, safer, and easier. This is Hollywood so look out for questionable figures and I would not trust the hot dogs they sell on the side of the street. They have permits to sell food (I m guessing) but they do not refrigerate their foods. There are also several police officers and traffic officers to make sure that everyone is safe.
