I'm from Los Angeles so sometimes spending time at the zoo is annoying. Too many people and too many rude people.

I was amazed how tranquil a visit could be when it's not overly busy and people are polite.

The fruit bats turned out to be my most favorite. The staff is friendly and will gladly share with you stories about the animals
