I bought a car from Sterling McCall Acura in Houston Texas on January 24, 2020.
This Dealer collected $846.94 for License Fee. On Tuesday March 10, 2020, Charles Reese, Sales Manager, asked me to complete the overnight documents from him.
On Wednesday March 11, 2020 afternoon as soon as I received the overnight documents, I started working on these documents by following his instruction immediately:
1. Notarized the two Power of Attorney forms on Wednesday: one for Roger H. Doan and one for Thao P. Nguyen.
2. Had smog check with Pass certificate this Thursday morning.
3. Went to DMV office to have the Verification of Vehicle completed this Thursday morning. The officer at the DMV asked me to pay for the license fee and the Title from the State of Texas. Although I paid the license fee at the DMV, I did not have the Title from the State of Texas to submit to the DMV.
I did ask Eddy Kim, the General Manager of Sterling McCall Acura help me:
1. Refund the license fee to me.
2. Provide the Title from the State of Texas to me so I can take it to the DMV. If you have a better way to submit the Title from the State of Texas to DMV in California, please provide me the evidence (such as receipt) of this submission to me so I can go back to the DMV in California.

To date I have not received my car license and Eddy Kim refused to pay the overcharged License fee.
