Horrible service, guys are nice at first and I m sure they try to do excellent work but that s not the case here. Brought my vehicle to have my subs looked at and figured out I need a sub replaced no biggie. I bought a replacement sub when they went to install it (I didn t know this at the time) the technician crossed wires with the other sub and blew it out as well. They promised they would order another and replace it free of charge when I called back my ticket had been thrown away and the owner refused to homer the promise made by the manager and pretty much said tough luck. Took my subs to a real Audio expert who told me what happened and how they fried my sub. I don t care for arguments but when multiple people make a promise your company should honor that.
