Horrible University which is also in the spotlight for incredibly cruel animal experiments. UW Madison is responsible for intentionally deafening a cat name "double trouble" then planting metal coils behind her head and screwing a metal screw into her head. She lost voluntary control of half her face and eventually became too ill to continue the study and was put down. This is one of many horror stories from this morally absent institution.
