-- Part Two of my Sleep Insights experience : After my initial visit at Sleep Insights I thought it was going to be my last. But for the sake of my health I knew it would be important to go back and have my sleep study conducted. I was apprehensive about going back but decided to continue the process for my overall health because of how long it took to get the first appointment. Once again I had a terrible experience with Rebecca. My mother and I arrived at the sleep facility and waited at the door for about 2 mins. Rebecca met us at the door and led us to our room while saying : " Don't worry I wont be sleep tech tonight , I saw the review you put up about me online". At this point my mother and I are in shock by the lack of professionalism and disrespect , yet again. Keep in mind that I am a teenager and she is an adult that is suppose to be providing me with a service. My mother then proceeds to step in the hallway with her and explains in detail how disturbing her behavior has been for now a second time. Rebecca then starts to repeatedly apologize and says" this is why I wanted the other sleep tech to answer the door". After her and my mother are done talking she says that my mom will have to sleep in a chair and that a trundle bed wont be provided. However a trundle bed was offered to us last time. Overall , I found it very hard to get comfortable and fall asleep during my actual sleep study because of how uncomfortable she made me feel . On a positive note , Maureen was my sleep tech and was absolutely amazing! You could tell that she truly cares about her patients along with her job. I personally would not recommend sleep insights but if you have an appointment already for a sleep study I recommend asking for Maureen or Justin . They are true professionals and are the star players of the Sleep Insights team.
Part one : Very unhappy with my experience. Rebecca was my sleep tech and repeated to tell me that she was not going to waste anymore of her time because I had extensions in my hair which made it hard to place the wires. Rudest customer service ever , probably won't be going back. I was unaware that extensions were not permitted and if i would have know I wouldn't have worn them. But instead of her trying to work through the issue and resolve it she simply stated that her time would no longer be wasted. I too work for Rochester regional health and I am discussed to know that my own company would treat me with such disrespect
