During a NY natural disaster I traveled to this location to offer my volunteer services. I had previously donated money during other disasters but wanted to offer REAL help not just money. I sat through an orientation/training and was even photographed by their PR dept during the meeting (I was a successful model and actor). I was then led to a hallway and left where I sat alone forever waiting to be dispatched to the location to actually help those in need. It never happened and I finally left dejected vowing to never support this organization again.
