This place is horrible. My gf came here because she felt unstable. She came here all on her own. Voluntarily. She felt better a few hours later. She set up a follow up appointment with her therapist and everything was set. She never signed a single paper. To add to this, her crisis counselor said that if she needs help getting home from where she is that the hospital would pay for it. She dozed off. She woke up to them saying they are looking for a bed. Meaning she s gonna be going to an inpatient hospital. They straight up played head games with a patient that came here because she felt unstable. I absolutely hate the staff here as well. They are rude and haven t once asked her if she s hungry.
We will never come here again.
