Absolutely delightful experience. The rooms were spacious, the staff was helpful and the newspapers (WSJ/NYT) were a great touch for travelers. I loved the personal touch - I needed thank you cards and asked the receptionist where to get one but he volunteered a few which was really helpful and saved me one more hassle while traveling.
