For me this looks like like a pure rip-off and fraud - job they advertise do not exist on their web-site and since too many people seem know how bad they are, they now use fake employers like this non-existing "HFS Zeitarbeit", which looks for a "CIO", but does not have a website and can not be found and you need to sign-up with job leads for the job. I dont think they really have real jobs, they only work to find desperate people willing to pay for non-existing jobs.
