Buying a new car is always stressful. When I arrived at Pinckney on a rainy Monday, I was definetly in major stress mode. After meeting Andrew Johnson the tension eased up. He is truly a good guy who put me as ease. After 2 hours of signing papers and putting things in order, I had my new Pacifica. But the gem in this story is April who helped me make the arrangements for my appointment. She was a real cheerleader who encouraged me to go in and make the deal. Hats off to
