I bought their new washing machine last week and used it with normal cotton cycle for 3 days. But, suddenly it was not working properly (no water coming in, no spin). So I called the customer service center. It took three days for technicians to visit my house. They checked the machine and confirmed it s defective product. But, there is no reply or actions taken until now. I called them more than 20 times to check the status but it s not resolved yet. Terrible product and awful customer service. Never buying another samsung product again.
