Really loved how clean our room was when we got there. We booked a room for the thunder over Louisville event. They offer free complimentary breakfast. But you have to have these tickets they give you in order to eat. Which really makes no since if your staying there. The dining room area is so freaking small it's not funny. It is really cramped. The breakfast stuff they had and the options was great. But the waitress they had running around on the floor was kinda rude and seemed stuck up. Kids tried asking for straws but she ignored them. Seemed to me like she was really being inconvenienced having to be there and doing that job. I had to ask the guy behind the bar I'd I could get some straws. Super sweet and help he was. A warning for parents if you take your kids there. They have a waffle maker there which gets extremely hot. My son tried making a waffle and burnt his hand which ended up as an er visit.
