Indiana s online services are great. However, the employees at the central office give out wrong information. Pinky, Elaine, their supervisor Derrick and many more who refused to identify themselves all told me different things in regard to the same issue. They tried to make up laws in regards to Notarized documents. As someone who has worked for the state of Indiana and dealt regularly with notarized documents, I was appalled that these individuals would lie about Indiana code. Pinky told me that if I had issue with the code she created then I needed to speak with the state police. Why would they be who I would speak to? Legislators are who you want to talk to. Derrick transferred me to the legal team. I was on hold for 20 mins when someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. When I called the call center again, the lady put me on another hold for 10 mins that put me through to a random voicemail box. I m disgusted with the people the state has employed. They made me repeat myself more than a dozen times and no answer was ever provided. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said they were unavailable but after calling back moments later and finally convincing the person to let me speak to someone else, she put me in touch with her supervisor who refused to identify himself as a supervisor. It wasn t till the next call that Elaine informed me that he was in fact a supervisor. I spent over an hour on the phone either being hung up on or lied to. Good luck to anyone who needs to speak to anyone who actually knows what s going on.
