No Ethics and professionalism. I had left car for service for coolant sensor replacement. Car rear bumper was damaged by some tools while car was at service. (This can be clearly noticed in the picture, doesn't look like hit by other car. Can easily notice, some tool/machine has rubbed the rear bumper ) Unfortunately, i didn't check while collecting car. Saw this damage after couple of days. As repair was done in mid of week, after collecting car directly came to home and parked in garage. Due to ongoing COVID pandemic, didn't take out car for couple of days. Immediately after noticing the damage, walked to service center. One of the manger examined the damage and verified miles to check how many miles have been driven after service. Number of miles was matching the round trip from service center to home. I guess manger knew this was damaged by some tool not by any other car, so agreed to pay a part of repair. I'm being made to pay for non of the mistake. Now thinking the only mistake was choosing AUDI car few years back. Why would manager agree to pay a part of it. They are tricking me to pay for their mistake.

I was looking around for another car's and AUDI was my top priority. With this kind of experience, no more I'm considering AUDI and will definitely suggest my friends/colleagues not to think of AUDI.
