Bills are not mailed out on time and/or go missing...

Bills are not mailed out on time and/or go missing. Since they are mailed every two months, they quickly become overdue and then they charge a $30 door tag fee and threaten you with disconnection. And, no, they will not send you an email when a bill is due. You have to go check yourself at a third party website. All this with having high water rates. Sheesh.
