I booked 3 tickets to see Cinderella pantomime this Xmas, and I made a mistake and booked it for 11am instead of 2pm, when I arrived and was seated at the 2pm performance, the mistake had been found, but instead of been told to leave the staff were very helpful and found us 3 seats elsewhere, the performance was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our day, a massive thank you to the staff at blackfriars
