A very negative customer experience and one I thought worth writing about. I tried to order a bike through a third party site using V12 Retail Finance's 6 month 0% interest scheme. I had thought that I would have been able to get this bike delivered to a specified address, particular since we are all in lockdown and in the midst of a global crisis, however V12 were unable to process this and stated the bike HAD to be delivered to the billing address provided to them. Given we're just trying our best here - I had hoped V12 might comply too but they were unable to, stating "there was nothing they could do about it" which is also utter rubbish.
They failed to come back to my messages and left me frustrated, disheartened and fairly upset all things considering. A very negative customer experience and one I thought worth sharing with the world. V12, you need to look at this as I'm sure I'm not the only customer left with a sour taste in my mouth...
