I recently used a company for prototyping, and overall, my experience was good. The website provided all the necessary information, and the ordering process was smooth. However, I felt that the communication could have been better. There were a few times when I had to reach out for updates instead of being proactively informed. Nonetheless, the final product met my expectations.
