My service adviser Paul was attentive and helpfu. He gets 5 stars. I actually got a hold of him during my work day to add a service which was really convenient.
Toyota's downfall was the miscommunication by the internet department with the servicing dealership, they were unaware I had requested a rental for the day and unprepared. They were however able to accommodate me.
