0 Stars only clicked one because you have to in order to post it. This place is absolutely horrendous. I leased a brand new 2018 Dodge Ram from them, on the second day of driving the car it overheated from a cracked radiator. I had it towed to there dealership the day after and had to pay because of the amount of miles the dealership was from my house, even though the reason it was being towed to them was there fault. I was given a 20 day temporary registration and received the new registration from the dealership 4 days after it expired. It was a week of calling and them just transferring me to machines with no one calling me back. They told me the plates had been at the dealership for a while but they could not find them. They then kept saying that the plates would be in the next day and continued to say that until they finally received them three days later. When shipping the plates to me overnight they did not put my apartment number like I had directed them too and the plates were brought back to FedEx where I had to go pick them up. All around a horrible experience and I will never do business with them again.
