I recently purchased 450 pounds worth of fencing.brilliant service from sales staff and young man in yard.but rang and asked if there was any possibility of dropping one last panel off for me to be told (look pal we have account customers we don't do that for)and to find out later that I was speaking to the manager!well I wasn't impressed to say the least.
After borrowing a friend's van went back to pick up panel as I had already paid for it.arrived at yard where yard man greeted me with-what do you want?I said one panel ,begrudgingly he went for panel then told me (it won't go in there!)it did! Then told me (your vans a bloody mess)wasn't mine but that's irrelavant. Enough to say I won't be going back! Shame because my other visits have been great!!
