Arrived at 8:30 and wasn't told what was wrong with my car until 11:30! And that was because I asked more than once! Waste of my day! Being updated would've been nice instead of waiting there for so long! I left after and it took two hours after to fix my car, which is fine, but a time estimate when I arrived would've been helpful!
