BMCC has a better campus and is in the best location. On top of that the way they handle issues are prompt and quick. When it comes to financial aid in City College, I see they try to handle things but I can't stand how counselors come out and speak to you over the counter about important private tax documents, etc. BMCC would have you speak to a counselor in private. College is about completing your degree, networking and making connections. Friends come and go and won't pay your bills. First impressions are last impressions especially for students who haven't even started classes and are already experiencing a horrible experience of even trying to fix the financial part of it. The staff does seem rude at times too but I think that's every college.
