Hotel is very nice but the customer service was some of the worst I have experienced. Felt invisible at check-in as reservations workers tended to paperwork and other business for a good ten minutes without even acknowledging I was standing in front of them. They both even left the check-in counter without a "we will be right with you" or "I will be right back". Same thing the next day when I went to their restaurant for breakfast. Sat at my table for a good 10-15 minutes as waitresses routinely walked by me at least 4 times. I was never brought a glass of water or a menu. I eventually got up, left and drove to another place to eat. Upon checkout not once was I asked "how was your stay?" (I would have told them in person) I was simply asked if I wanted me receipt emailed or printed.
