When I purchased a new heating and cooling system from Schaal, I also purchased eight years of maintenance. Every six months, THEY call me to schedule the service appointment. I love that they take the initiative for the appointments.

Today, it's subzero weather and our house was 48 degrees. Dave Cleek, senior technician, arrived within 2 1/2 hours of my call. He shared that Schaal called in extra help because they are so swamped. Dave was terrific and my house is warming up again. The issue was not the furnace---but rather user error --as I accidentally shut it off. Every interaction that I have had with Schaal beginning with the sales call has been very positive! I highly recommend Schaal.
