Well first of the number listed is not in service. Went into the Vacaville CA store to pay a bill. By the way I have been going there for 7 years. For some reason they charge a fee when you pay with cash, a 5$ fee! I asked why and the answer was "if you want to pay here you have to pay extra". I was offered to go to the next city over as well. I got pretty bent about the behavior from the "assistant manager" whom I was not even talking to. It was night and day from buying a phone there to paying the bill. Was told to "grow up dude" by this character as well. Yep I was mad ,and would never gotten there if there was some sort of respect or empathy. I just wanted to pay my bill.
