The worse service ever. After purchasing a new home and purchasing Safe Haven, I felt somewhat safe until I noticed that my system malfunctioned when someone stole something out of my yard and I had no way off getting video footage to the police. I noticed that I had been paying but my system had not been recording in 2 months. I called Safe Have,they advised my to call ADT, I called ADT and for days both companies passed the blame and my issue didn't get resolved until I got so fed up that I had to get them both on a 3 way call. Because it was passed my grace period of months I couldn't cancel or get out of the contracts. Now I've had my system since May so my grace period was 3 days. My system stopped working properly in June and we were in Sept.well passed the grace period and the only thing ADT being the parent company could offer me was a $10 off my next month's bill. I can't leave my home on long vacations because my home is not properly secured. Please whatever you do,DO NOT get this company.
Wouldn t recommend this company! The technicians don t inform you about the 3 year contract you re locked into. Just simply salesman who work. Do yourself a favor and don t get into a contract that you can t leave. Crooks.

The sales rep Dave was super nice and very helpful. He wasn t pushy at all, and was patient with me asking 200 questions and going back and forth on my decisions about what equipment I wanted. After agreeing to terms and signing a contract, the tech installer was here the next day. Mathew Alonzo was super clean with his work, also super nice, and went over our equipment offering even more advise and options to consider. The entire experience was painless and I m very confident in the purchase and use of the system.
I recently had an installer by the name of Dan Elliott with ADT safe haven. He was awesome and very helpful. I had the first installer come out to house on July 30th that I consider good until I met Dan Elliott. Dan came in very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to explain everything and fix the location the panel was installed at because my wife didn't like the location. He needs to be a trainer or a supervisor because I have supervised over 200 people so I would know. His customer service and attention to details is very important and what you want visiting your house. Thanks Dan again
I have had the experience of working with Dan Elliott in starting the security setup for my home. He was very professional and personable (a nice combination). I liked that he came prepared with all the necessary equipment and knowledge on the latest crime stats/trends. I appreciated the fact that not only did he provide recommendations, he also took my thoughts and ideas under consideration and explained the pros and cons. It was clear to see that he truly enjoys his work and wanted to make sure that my setup was going to fit my needs and lifestyle. Regarding the products themselves...so far I am loving them. Safe Haven Security and ADT are a good team.
I recently had an ADT alarm system installed into my home by Safe Haven Security(a third party dealer). My tech, Ronald Andersen, was amazing! He showed up on time and wore a mask in accordance with CDC guidelines. Ronald Andersen was professional, friendly, polite and efficient. Unlike most techs and salesmen, he didn't attempt to sell me items that I didn't need and very clearly explained each items purpose. He also made sure I understood the pricing and contract details. Overall it was a great experience and I love my new system!
Justice came to my home on time. He even let me know when he was on his way. Unfortunately he had to take care of another technicians problem. When he arrived he made my experience with ADT very pleasurable, he was clean and professional. If it were not for the previous guy this would have been definitely a five-star rating! Great job ADT
